Operation Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing crèche in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will work closely with the School Director to ensure smooth administrative processes, efficient service delivery, and a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the crèche
- Collaborate with the School Director to implement policies and operational strategies
- Coordinate staff activities, schedules, and overall performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff
- Oversee administrative processes and maintain proper records
- Manage parent relations and ensure excellent customer experience
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance
- Establish systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or administrative management
- Prior experience in a school, crèche, or early childhood environment is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
