The OSINT Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering intelligence, analyzing data, and supporting our efforts to combat piracy and protect our clients' intellectual property rights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis using open source intelligence tools and techniques to identify piracy activities and infringing content across the internet.
- Monitor online platforms, websites, forums, and social media channels to detect and track instances of piracy, counterfeiting, and unauthorized distribution of digital content.
- Utilize advanced search methodologies and data mining techniques to uncover hidden sources of pirated content and identify key actors involved in piracy networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics for mitigating piracy threats and enforcing intellectual property rights.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable intelligence insights to support anti-piracy initiatives and inform decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and legal developments related to piracy and intellectual property rights enforcement.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity in performing duties and representing the company's interests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience as an OSINT Analyst, Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the anti-piracy or digital rights management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies, internet protocols, and digital content distribution platforms.
- Familiarity with various types of piracy, including online piracy, digital piracy, software piracy, and intellectual property infringement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
