This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Online Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support to assist users with resolving inquiries and technical issues.
Responsibilities

Respond to all user emails quickly and professionally
•
Resolve user complaints and app-related issues
•
Monitor Play Store and App Store ratings daily
•
Respond to negative reviews and ensure issues are fixed
•
Follow up with users to update reviews after resolution
•
Work with the technical team to solve issues
•
Coordinate with the external partner and maintain our
playstore and app store reviews at above 4.8 Stars for
both.
