Beauty Routine is a fast-growing cosmetics brand that believes “Beauty is Power. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven customer service lead to manage our online service team, train new members, and explore new customer opportunities in the Lagos market.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Train new customer service members and guide the team on how to improve their sales and communication skills.
- Follow up with existing customers, maintain relationships, and increase repeat purchases.
- Actively explore and contact potential customers or business partners through social media (e.g., beauty founders, influencers, or shop owners).
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or team leadership (at least 2 years).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Able to convert conversations into opportunities.
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
