ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Volunteer Online Promoters to support the visibility and reach of our upcoming training programme. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, value language development, and are interested in digital promotion, community engagement, and personal growth.
As a volunteer, you will help share our content, promote our upcoming training programme, and encourage meaningful engagement across online platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Share and promote our upcoming training programme and related resources across social media and messaging platforms.
2. Write or repost clear, engaging captions and messages in proper English.
3. Engage politely with online audiences by responding to basic inquiries and encouraging participation.
4. Help increase brand awareness, reach, and sign-ups through consistent online promotion.
5. Provide simple feedback on audience responses and engagement when required.
REQUIREMENTS
✓Good written English and willingness to improve language skills
✓Basic understanding of social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
✓Strong communication skills and a professional online tone
✓Reliability, consistency, and the ability to meet simple deadlines
✓Access to a smartphone or laptop and stable internet connection
PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)
•Prior experience in online promotion, volunteering, or content sharing
•Interest in promoting English-language-related skills
•Confidence in engaging people online and encouraging participation
TIME COMMITMENT
Negotiable number of hours per week
