Job summary
We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries via email, chat, and social media. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues, providing product information, and supporting customers across online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints online.
- Recommend suitable products/services.
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service (telecom experience is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Must reside in Sangotedo/Ajah axis
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving skills
