The Offline Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing sales territories, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage a sales territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather information on competitors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients in person to understand their needs and present appropriate products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
  • Execute door-to-door sales, in-store promotions, trade shows, and other offline sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent and effective sales efforts.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information and handle any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, activity summaries, and territory performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the assigned territory



Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based or offline sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
