Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the facility, including offices, reception areas, restrooms, walkways, and other designated spaces, ensuring a neat, hygienic, and organised working environment.
- Entrance Management and Visitor Assistance: Manage the facility entrance, welcome visitors professionally, and direct them to the Reception for proper assistance. Maintain order at the entrance and ensure visitors receive appropriate attention.
- Sample Pickup Assistance: Assist with sample pickups when required, ensuring that samples are handled carefully and transported to the designated location in accordance with the company’s procedures.
- General Support Duties: Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor or management to support the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
