Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding and record keeping


Requirements:

  • Strong communication, multitasking
  • Problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
