Job Title: Graduate Odoo Functional Consultant (3-Month Intensive Program)

About the Program
Are you a high-achieving graduate with a passion for business processes and technology? Packetclouds Technology Ltd is offering an intensive 3-month accelerated paid internship program designed to transform fresh talent into professional Odoo Functional Consultants.
This is a high-speed career track. You won't just be "interning"—you will be training to lead. At the end of 90 days, successful candidates who meet our competency standards will transition into a permanent Consultant role with a full-scale pay structure.
What You Will Learn
During this 12-week bootcamp, you will gain hands-on mastery in:
- Business Logic: Mapping real-world accounting, inventory, and HR workflows into ERP systems.
- Odoo Configuration: Learning the "no-code" power of Odoo to build custom business solutions.
- Data Strategy: Mastering data cleaning and migration from legacy systems to the cloud.
- Consulting Excellence: Learning the Odoo implementation methodology, client management, and professional documentation.
The Progression Path
- Months 1–3 (The Sprint): Focused learning, shadowing senior consultants, and rigorous weekly assessments.
- The 90-Day Appraisal: A formal evaluation of your functional knowledge and professional growth.
- The Transition: Successful graduates of the program move to the Junior Consultant grade with a pay increase and the responsibility of managing project iterations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document client business processes.
- Support senior consultants in configuring Odoo modules (Accounting, CRM, Sales, etc.).
- Draft user manuals and functional requirement documents.
- Provide support during "Go-Live" phases for local and international clients.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. (Must have completed NYSC).
- Location: Mandatory residency in Surulere or immediate environs (e.g., Yaba, Costain, Itire). Applications outside this area will not be considered.
- Aptitude: Exceptional logical reasoning and a "quick-study" mindset for software.
- Communication: Fluent written and verbal English—you will be communicating with business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a natural curiosity for how software works.
