In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and business operations helping clients streamline processes, implement digital systems, and achieve sustainable performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-sales and client meetings with Business Development teams to gather and validate requirements.
- Lead discovery and requirement analysis sessions to understand client needs, workflows, and challenges.
- Document requirements, prepare functional specifications, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Configure and implement ERP and CRM solutions, including modules such as CRM, Field Service, Finance, HR, Project Management, Manufacturing, and more.
- Customize and extend existing SaaS-based solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Deliver ongoing support and user training, ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of deployed solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset, contributing to business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
