TriMerge Consulting LTD. is seeking an experienced Odoo Software Engineer to provide technical training to our software team on Odoo’s Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Help Desk modules. This is a remote project ideal for someone with deep Odoo expertise who can both develop and teach module configuration, and integration best practices.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on technical training on configuring, developing, and customizing Odoo modules
- Guide the team on module integration, workflow optimization, and best practices
- Teach how to develop and maintain custom Odoo modules to meet business needs
- Support troubleshooting and resolve development-related challenges
- Provide clear documentation and coding examples for future reference
- Assist in deploying modules in test environments for real-world applications
- Share knowledge of Odoo’s framework, architecture, and backend configuration
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Odoo Software Developer with expertise in Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Help Desk modules
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo QWeb templates
- 3+ years of Linux administration experience
- 3+ years of experience managing Linux servers for Odoo hosting and deployment
- Solid understanding of Odoo’s MVC framework, module customization, and API integrations
- Experience with Odoo web development, automation, and workflow setup
- Ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts to a development team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Odoo v14+, both community and enterprise editions
- Familiarity with Linux server administration for Odoo hosting and deployment
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer to development teams
