Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and record patients’ conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Provide wound care, dressing changes, and basic emergency interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and reports.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments.
Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate when necessary.
Support overall patient comfort, hygiene, and mobility.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council license.
Certificate, Diploma, or B.Sc. in Nursing.
Clinical experience in medical, surgical, emergency, or general nursing units (added advantage).
Strong clinical competency and patient-centered care approach.
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift schedules.
