Job summary
The Nursery and Primary School Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Teach assigned subjects and assess pupils' learning and progress.
- Create a positive, stimulating, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain accurate records of pupils' performance and attendance.
- Provide individualized support to pupils with varying learning needs.
- Maintain discipline and encourage positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding pupils' progress and well-being.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all pupils.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Head Teacher.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or NCE in Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a nursery or primary school.
- TRCN certification is an added advantage.
- Experience teaching multiple subjects at the primary level is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good lesson planning and organizational abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young learners.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Location: Applicants must live within the Egbe Idimu, Ikotun, Egbeda, Ejigbo, Igando, or Alimosho axis.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000 Monthly
