Nurse Midwife

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care services in line with the highest nursing and midwifery standards.
• Assess patient health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff to ensure efficient team performance.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all medical information is up-to-date and correctly documented.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families, where needed.
• Stay current with the latest medical advancements and healthcare best practices.

Requirements:

• Female Registered Midwife (RM)and Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on nursing and midwifery experience.
• A compassionate, professional approach to patient care.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively supervise and guide junior staff.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good knowledge of nursing and midwifery protocols, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Preferably, candidates who live within areas such as Iyanaba, Iba, Igando, Iyana era, Igbesa, Atan, Ilogbo, Eyin-Osa, Ejila-Awori axis, Agbara Industrial Area, and Morogbo/Ado-Odo will be considered
• Location: Iyanaba axis and Agbara axis
• Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays only
