Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Nursing Intern to join our team in Abuja and gain hands-on experience in healthcare coordination, enrollee services and HMO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enrollees and patients with healthcare-related enquiries.
- Assist with healthcare provider coordination, referrals and pre-authorisation.
- Support claims documentation and utilisation monitoring.
- Assist with customer service and complaint documentation.
- Support health education, healthcare quality monitoring and general HMO activities.
- Maintain accurate healthcare records and documentation.
Qualifications
- RN/RM/BNSC qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good patient-care and customer-service skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Full-time availability.
- Previous healthcare, customer service or call centre experience is an added advantage.
