Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical and non-clinical staff during night shifts
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor patient care and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Handle emergencies and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Ensure proper documentation and handover to the day shift team
- Maintain a safe and secure environment within the facility
- Support staff and ensure discipline and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare
- Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
