Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Lead the night team, run staff briefings, and assign nightly tasks.
- Guest and Customer Service: Greet late guests, process check-ins, and solve complaints.
- Safety and Security: Monitor security protocols, check fire exits, and respond to emergencies.
- Night Audit and Reporting: Balance financial transactions, run credit checks, and prepare daily reports for upper management.
- Department Coordination: Communicate special requests and work with maintenance or housekeeping for overnight needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND/ BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
