Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all nighttime operations.
- Ensure staff members perform their duties effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, conduct, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Monitor security and safety within the premises.
- Prepare and submit night duty reports to management.
- Ensure proper handover of duties to the incoming team.
- Monitor transactions and report any discrepancies.
- Make appropriate decisions when management is unavailable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or supervisory roles is required.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle pressure effectively.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
