Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure and services.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues involving routing, switching, wireless, and fiber connectivity.
- Deploy and support enterprise Wi-Fi solutions and wireless networks.
- Conduct RF site surveys, wireless network planning, and optimization.
- Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and UTP cabling systems.
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and network security devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
- Participate in network expansion, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
