Job Summary
The Network Operations & Customer Call Centre Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth network performance, providing prompt customer support, and coordinating issue resolution between customers and technical teams. The role involves proactive monitoring of network infrastructure and troubleshooting service disruptions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor network infrastructure (routers, switches, base stations, radios, servers, etc.) using monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, The Dude, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Identify and respond to network alarms, outages, or performance degradation in real time.
- Escalate network incidents to the appropriate field engineers or technical teams following escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate network logs and outage reports.
- Support the implementation of new network installations and configuration changes.
- Ensure network uptime and SLA compliance.
- Assist with IP configuration, bandwidth management, and service provisioning.
- Answer customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Record and classify customer complaints, requests, and service queries in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot customer connectivity issues remotely (e.g., router setup, Wi-Fi configuration, DNS issues).
Requirements:
- Should live in and around Lakowe, Awoyaya, Abijo, Majek, Sangotedo, and Ogidan.
- 0-1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
