This is a unique "Experience-to-Engineer" role designed for IT professionals who have 1–2 years of experience and are ready to master a world-class MSP technology stack. There is a 3 months paid training for successful candidates

Responsibilities:
- M365 & Azure Management: Manage user identities, groups, and security policies.
- Networking: Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving DHCP, VLANs, and Firewalls.
- Security Operations: Act as the first line of defense using Huntress and Threat Locker to mitigate endpoint threats.
- Business Continuity: Monitor and manage Datto backups to ensure zero data loss for our clients.
- RMM Management: Use our remote tools to patch systems and deploy software silently without disrupting the user.
Requirements:
- Core Technical Literacy: You should already understand the "how" of Windows OS, basic M365 administration, and what a DNS record is.
- The "Troubleshooter" Brain: You enjoy the "hunt" of a complex ticket and don't stop until the root cause is found.
- Documentation Discipline: You believe that if a task isn't documented in IT Glue, it didn't happen.
- Communication: You can explain a technical "VPN failure" to a client in a way that makes them feel calm and supported.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must have (or be currently studying for) MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
- Experience: 1–2 years in a technical support or IT admin role.
Location: Residing within Lagos with the ability to work from the Mainland office during the training phase.
