Job Summary
We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. Follow daily mould change and mould breakdown.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Effect mould change schedules by changing mould base on production plan and given time line as per standards.
- Feel the query if over time spent on mould change than desired.
- Responsible for self-tool box.
- Assist engineers in machine start up activities after mould change.
- Maintain mould before and after use.
- Assist for preventive maintenance of machine, moulds, and utilities.
- Maintain mold change records on daily basis.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities on holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND Certificate.
- Work experience of at least 3 years
- Experience in mould changing department in plastic injection moulding company
