Motion Designer

Role Description: This is a remote Motion Designer internship based in Lagos. The Motion Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, and in-product experiences. In this role, you will develop storyboards, visual concepts, and style frames that align with Stashorra’s brand identity and messaging. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to translate ideas into engaging motion content for digital channels. Daily tasks include designing animations, editing video assets, optimizing content for various formats, and maintaining a consistent visual language across all motion deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to craft visually engaging, brand-aligned animations.
• Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to translate concepts and scripts into clear, compelling visual narratives.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar motion and design software).
• A portfolio demonstrating motion design work for digital products, advertising, or social media.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interpret feedback and iterate quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
