Role Description

This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Motion Graphic Designer.

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality animated content that aligns with Flux Creative Technologies’ branding, storytelling, and overall creative direction.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and producing motion graphics and animated videos

Creating social media animations and visual effects for digital platforms

•
Collaborating closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life

Ensuring all deliverables meet creative standards, project goals, and deadlines

Qualifications

•
Strong proficiency in motion graphics and animation, supported by a compelling portfolio

•
Experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, CapCut, or similar software

•
Solid understanding of visual storytelling, timing, transitions, and animation principles

•
High attention to detail and the ability to manage and meet deadlines effectively

•
Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork

•
Basic video editing skills and knowledge of sound synchronization (a plus)

•
Familiarity with modern animation trends and a passion for digital creativity (a plus)
