Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Surulere, Lagos, for a Montessori Teacher. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans, fostering a stimulating and supportive classroom environment, and guiding students based on the Montessori teaching methodology. Core responsibilities include assessing students’ progress, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and providing hands-on, individualized instruction to encourage students' holistic development in accordance with Montessori principles.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to develop and deliver effective and engaging lessons for students.
• Proficient in Education techniques and methodologies, with a background in Montessori training being highly advantageous.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training to support student and peer development effectively.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering students' personal and academic growth in a prepared environment.
• Certification in Montessori education or training is essential. A degree or diploma in Education or a related field is preferred.
