Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain an authentic, orderly, and engaging Montessori classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each child's individual needs, interests, and progress, tailoring learning plans accordingly.
- Guide children in using Montessori materials and oversee daily individual and group activities.
- Foster independence, self-discipline, respect, and social harmony among students.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s development and progress.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Education.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Must hold a recognised Montessori certification/diploma.
