Responsibilities:
- Monitor project or program activities to ensure compliance with plans, policies, and timelines
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from field activities or departments

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, compliance, or data analysis (often 1–3 years)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to collect and interpret data accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
- Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) skills
