This role involves coordinating the various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and achieving program goals and objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks along with the M&E team to assess program effectiveness.
- support M&E team to collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program progress and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports to donors, management, and other stakeholders.
- Provide M&E training and support to staff and partners to enhance their capacity to implement program activities.
- Identify and address capacity-building needs within the M& E team.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum - BSc/HND in related fields.
- Experience in Public Health Intervention with 3 years experience in NGO - HIV, tb, OVC Intervention & KP programing.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Must reside within Mainland LGA & Environs
- Experience in managing previous USAID or Global Fund Grant is an advantage!
