Van Marketing Officer
Job summary
A Mobile Clinic Van Marketing Officer will drive community engagement and patient acquisition by promoting mobile eye clinic services. He will act as a bridge between the hospital and underserved or corporate populations, organizing screening camps, managing outreach schedules, and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach: Target specific regions and establish partnerships with local community leaders, schools, corporate offices, and local organizations.
- Event Coordination: Organize and promote community health fairs and free eye screening camps.
- Lead Generation: Generate patient leads through in-person pitching, relationship building, and promotional campaigns.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate travel routes and clinic schedules to ensure the mobile van visits targeted areas efficiently.
- Reporting: Document and track patient numbers, sales, inventory, and field feedback using reporting tools and Excel.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of the hospital in the field, educating the public on preventative eye care and available treatment options.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field sales, or community-focused services.
- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and digital tools for tracking performance and recording patient data.
- High mobility, as the role involves traveling to remote locations, standing for long periods, and lifting marketing materials.
