Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, and other beverages according to recipes and standards
- Design and develop signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages
- Educate guests on drink options, ingredients, and pairings
Customer Experience
- Engage guests, understand preferences, and recommend suitable drinks
- Provide personalized service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Promote featured drinks and upsell beverage offerings
Bar Operations & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders when needed
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate sales records
