Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating cocktail recipes, including signature drinks.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Recommending drinks based on customers' tastes and food pairings.
- Ensuring consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, tools, and equipment.
- Monitoring and replenishing bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
- Ordering and receiving bar stock when required.
- Checking customers' identification and serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mixologist is required.
- Good knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must reside within or close to Woji GRA and be available to resume immediately.
