- Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- The role includes maintaining a clean and organised bar area, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients, and providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Successful candidates must be knowledgeable about beverage trends, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience while supporting the smooth operation of the bar.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Diploma.
1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
