Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare, and serve innovative cocktails, mocktails, and beverage menus using precise mixing techniques and quality ingredients.
- Interact with guests, offer personalized beverage recommendations, and provide an engaging, top-tier bar experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar stations, ensuring strict adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
- Monitor beverage inventory, manage bar stock levels, and minimize wastage or spillage.
- Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and presentation standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 0-1 year of proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar high-volume bar or hospitality setting.
- In-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, flavour profiles, cocktail recipes, and garnishing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability, speed, and attention to detail during peak hours.
