Job summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Ministry Programs & Events Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of church programs, conferences, services, special events, volunteer mobilization, and ministry logistics in surulere.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate church programs, conferences, and special events
- Manage ministry schedules and event logistics
- Mobilize and coordinate volunteers and ministry teams
- Ensure smooth setup and execution of services and events
- Support the Lead Manager/Resident Pastor in ministry operations
- Liaise with vendors and service providers when necessary
- Prepare reports, schedules, and event plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, administration, or ministry operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in a faith-based organization is an advantage
- Must be responsible, professional, and team-oriented
