Midwife

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prenatal check-ups and assessments, monitoring the health and progress of pregnant women.
• Provide guidance, education, and emotional support to expectant mothers and their families.
• Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring a safe and supportive birthing experience.
• Perform postpartum care, offering guidance on newborn care and maternal recovery.
• Administer medications and medical interventions as needed, in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in continuous education and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in midwifery and maternal healthcare.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related field
• Current state licensure as a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing midwife.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment.
