Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Visit business owners in their assigned locations and assist them in onboarding their businesses on the company's app on the Play Store or iOS.
• Educate business owners on the benefits of having the App and help them download it from the Play Store or iOS.
• Educate friends, families, neighbours on the benefits of having the App and helping them download.
• Convince business owners to pay the monthly fees needed for the Visibility of their businesses on the App.
• Identify and onboard new businesses within their territory.
• Monitor activity and market conditions.
• Gather relevant data on outlets suitable to use the App for their businesses' visibility benefits.
• Share the company information and adverts on their social media handles.
• Tell people and business owners about the company's website & Social Media Handles and get them to follow.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the supervisor/s.
• Submit accurate daily/weekly activity and outlet reports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in  Product Merchandising, Field Sales, or related roles is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the assigned location.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales volume targets.
• Must be organised, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must reside within or have easy access to the designated locations.
