Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot lab equipment like microscopes, automated analysers, and centrifuges.
- Monitor laboratory supply inventory and order replacement stock as needed.
- Follow strict infection control protocols, biosafety standards, and hazardous material disposal procedures.
- Compile reports and communicate critical results promptly to doctors and clinical personnel.
- Log and enter test results accurately into Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
