Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Carry out laboratory tests with accuracy and strong scientific judgment
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with care and attention
Handle sample collection, processing, and analysis according to standard procedures
Document all results clearly within the laboratory management system
Ensure quality control practices are followed consistently
Work closely with clinicians and customer service teams when clarification is needed
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Uphold all safety rules and ethical standards at all times

Requirements:

Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
Valid license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria
Strong experience with routine and advanced laboratory procedures
Ability to work calmly under pressure without losing focus
Excellent communication and reporting skills
A results-oriented mindset and respect for timelines
Willingness to learn new methods and grow with the organisation
