Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in all training programs and sales development activities.
  • Learn and master the features, benefits, and applications of the company's products.
  • Promote company products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and field visits within assigned territories.
  • Generate product awareness and demand through effective presentations and detailing.
  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Participate in product launches, medical outreaches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or any related Science discipline.
  • Recent graduates and candidates with limited sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion for sales, healthcare, and business development.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
