Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive sales and product training programmes.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers under supervision.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily field visits and product detailing sessions.
- Support demand generation initiatives and market development activities.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, medical outreaches, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and field activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Learn and apply ethical pharmaceutical selling practices and company policies.
- Work closely with senior sales representatives and managers to achieve territory objectives.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, selling techniques, and business acumen
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
