We are currently seeking smart, proactive, and target-driven Medical Sales Representatives to join our growing team.


This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for sales and healthcare solutions, who can confidently engage healthcare institutions and professionals while driving revenue growth.



Job Responsibilities


As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:


-Visiting hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities to introduce and promote our products

-Building strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement officers, biomedical teams, and other health professionals

-Identifying client needs and recommending suitable medical devices, equipment, consumables, and scientific products

-Generating new leads and converting prospects into long-term clients

-Following up on quotations, orders, and client inquiries

-Conducting product presentations and demonstrations where required

-Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets

-Monitoring market trends and competitor activities

-Providing regular sales reports and updates to management



Work Structure


This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote and field work.


Successful candidates will be expected to work 3 days per week on-site/field, visiting clients and healthcare facilities, while handling reporting, client follow-ups, and virtual meetings remotely on other days.



Requirements


-Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales is an advantage

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships

-Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented

-Ability to travel for client visits and field sales activities

-Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare procurement is a plus
