Biokeft Pharmaceuticals Ltd is a fast-growing healthcare company specializing in the marketing and distribution of innovative medical devices and diagnostic solutions. We are seeking highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Medical Sales Representatives to join our sales team in the South West region of Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
- Presenting clinical benefits, mechanisms of action, and usage guidelines to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to encourage product prescriptions.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical staff within a defined geographic territory.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensuring promoted medicines and devices are consistently available at local pharmacies, trade hospitals, and stockists to prevent prescription shortages.
- Tracking and reporting competitor activities, product performance, and market trends to head office teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical or life science discipline such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related healthcare field.
- Previous medical sales experience will be an added advantage, although exceptional fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for sales and business development.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic report writing.
