Job Title: Medical Sales Officer (Rencare)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo State


About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and commercially-focused Sales/Marketing Executive to lead business development and market penetration for their Rencare operations in Ibadan. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while also designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and ultimately, profitable growth.


Key Responsibilities

-Formulate, implement, and manage aggressive sales strategies and action plans to consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales revenue targets for the Ibadan territory.

-Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value clients and strategic business opportunities, focusing on expanding the user base for Rencare services/products.

-Design, coordinate, and execute compelling local marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential) aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating qualified leads within the Ibadan market.

-Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and community leaders to ensure high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referral business.

-Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessment to provide strategic insights that inform pricing, product positioning, and sales strategies.

-Prepare and present professional, data-driven reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, pipeline forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management in a timely manner.


Qualification & Experience

-A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a closely related commercial field.

-A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a demanding Sales and Marketing role, with a verifiable track record of achieving sales quotas.

-Strong knowledge of the Ibadan business landscape and prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service industry is a distinct advantage.

-Demonstrable expertise in both traditional and digital marketing techniques.

-Excellent Negotiation Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, and superior written and verbal communication abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
