Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic tests and procedures in various fields of laboratory medicine,
- Maintaining quality control standards and ensuring accurate and timely test results.
- Analyzing samples, operating complex laboratory equipment, and collaborating with medical staff to support patient care and diagnosis.
- Contribute to managing laboratory systems and adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Medical Technology and advanced diagnostic testing
- Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis
- Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology best practices
- Experience with Quality Control standards and protocols in healthcare labs
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration
