We are in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our diagnostic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests that are essential for patient diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical laboratory tests, including haematology, microbiology, chemistry, and urinalysis.
- Analyze and interpret test results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure all instruments are functioning properly.
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with quality control standards and laboratory protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of test results, reagents, and sample tracking.
- Support the medical team by providing laboratory insights for patient management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
- Valid licence from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-NYSC experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 (Net) — Negotiable based on experience
Location: Fola Osibo, Lekki
