The successful candidate must be able to work independently, operate modern laboratory equipment, maintain high professional standards and ensure accurate, reliable and timely laboratory results.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory investigations, including haematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis and microbiology.
- Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper sample collection, processing and storage.
- Validate laboratory results and maintain quality control standards.
- Manage laboratory records, reagents and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with MLSCN regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and supervise support staff where necessary.
Requirements:
- BMLS degree or recognized equivalent.
- Current MLSCN registration and valid practising licence.
- Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience, preferably in a clinical diagnostic laboratory.
- Practical experience operating haematology and chemistry analysers.
- Ability to independently manage routine laboratory operations.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality control, safety procedures and infection prevention.
- Good communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail.
Location: Magodo Phase 1, Kosofe LGA, Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 monthly
