Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Doctor / Consultant to join our client in the finance sector. The successful candidate will provide clinical expertise, medical advisory support, and occupational health guidance within a corporate financial services environment. The role requires a blend of strong medical practice experience and strategic healthcare management insight, supported by advanced academic qualifications in management or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations where applicable

- Offer clinical advisory services within a corporate financial services environment

- Support the development and implementation of health strategies, medical policies, and wellness frameworks

- Review and interpret medical cases, reports, and health-related documentation

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote employee health, safety, and wellbeing

- Provide clinical oversight and guidance where required, including general hospital or external medical coordination

- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, regulatory standards, and corporate governance policies

- Contribute to continuous improvement of occupational health and wellness initiatives

Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) is mandatory

- Additional qualification: MBA or MA in a relevant field (Health Management, Administration, or related discipline)

- 5–10 years of post-qualification clinical experience

- Proven experience as:

1. A Medical Consultant within a corporate or organisational setting, and/or a practising Medical Doctor in a General Hospital environment

2. Experience working within or advising corporate institutions is an added advantage

- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to operate effectively in both clinical and corporate environments
