Medical Aesthetician

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, micro-needling (non-injectable), body treatments, and advanced skincare procedures within approved protocols.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analysis to determine suitability for treatments.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with clinic standards and clinical guidelines.
• Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and equipment sterilization standards.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare routines, and recommended skincare products.
• Document client treatment records, consent forms, and progress notes accurately.
• Monitor client responses to treatments and escalate concerns where necessary.
• Collaborate with medical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold excellent customer experience and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Medical Aesthetics, Skincare Therapy, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or dermatology practice.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
• Close attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends where required.
• Additional clinical or aesthetic certifications are an added advantage.
