Role Description The Medical Aesthetician is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. This role involves performing advanced skincare treatments, including clinical facials, microneedling, and hair removal procedures, in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. The Medical Aesthetician will conduct skin assessments, recommend customized treatment plans and product regimens, and maintain accurate client records. The role also includes educating clients on proper skincare practices, supporting product selection, and collaborating with the wider team to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences. The Medical Aesthetician is expected to provide professional, empathetic care while upholding Krème’s commitment to authenticity and excellence.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in laser hair removal and other hair removal techniques, with a focus on safety and client comfort.
• Hands-on experience with microneedling and other advanced aesthetic procedures, following clinical best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of skin-related medicine or medical aesthetics to support safe, evidence-based treatments.
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client education.
• Relevant certification or license in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field; additional aesthetic or medical training is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos, adhere to infection control and hygiene protocols, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all clients.
• Experience with skincare product recommendations, retail or clinic environments, and basic digital record-keeping is beneficial.
